I suspect that I have been a victim of a phishing attack that compromised my email and discord accounts. I received a file from a hacked friend that I executed on my PC, and shortly after, I received a screenshot of my email inbox from the attacker. They also took over and deleted my discord account.
I checked my system processes and found something suspicious that I think might be a keylogger or malware. I have attached a screenshot of the process for your reference. It is called System Idle Process and it uses a lot of CPU. Is this normal or indicative of a malicious program? How can I verify and remove it if it is harmful? I have already performed a clean wipe of my PC, but I am considering a complete reboot. Please advise me on the best course of action.
